Hi, I’m alvina Haile-recio.
When I was in my 20’s I lost an apartment to a fire. When I started over I wanted to live with as little as possible to avoid becoming attached to belongings that may be lost at any time. As I started my journey into minimalism, I realized it naturally led into becoming organized. The more organized I became I noticed that my daily life experiences in my apartment were more peaceful and efficient. I became obsessed with continuing my practice of clear and functional spaces and striving to always own less.
Through-out the years I have enjoyed much satisfaction with creating peaceful spaces for my home, and as a busy single mother that wears many hats, I have learned that being organized is a priceless skill.
Making places and spaces that serve you versus stresses you is my mission and I want all people that come to me for help to be able to experience this in their daily lives.
It all begins with knowing there is no shame in your space and that we will work together to push through barriers that exist. My 12 years experience as a social worker gives me unique skills such as working through challenging situations, accessing and making customized plans, and empowering those that need a personal cheerleader to help them face barriers and embrace strengths to reach their goals. I use these same skills combined with my organizing methods to help others get organized and feel empowered in their space. Let me help organize your space and put a smile on your face!
